What we collect
Complyx.app collects what you type into the demo request form and the notify forms: your name, your work email, your company or team, the rule pack you are interested in, the number of people you would use it, and anything you write in the free-text field.
The site records no advertising identifiers and sets no analytics cookie until you accept one. Declining leaves the site fully functional.
Why we have it
To reply to your request, to schedule the demo and to send one message when a rule pack you asked about opens. We do not sell contact data and we do not share it with the rule-pack products beyond the one you asked about.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are retained for twenty-four months from the last contact. Notify-form addresses are deleted once the pack has opened and the single notification has been sent, unless you have since asked for a demo.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion, at any time and without giving a reason. Residents of California, Connecticut, Minnesota, Montana and Oregon have those rights in statute; we apply them to everyone.
Every message we send carries an unsubscribe. Unsubscribing removes you from marketing contact and does not affect a demo already booked.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to our customer relationship system and to a monitored mailbox. Both are operated under contract in the United States. No processor is permitted to use the data for its own purposes.
